You must credit the artist for this artwork. Her name is Katerina Koukiotis. Someone has illegally removed the watermark she always places on her artwork. The title she gave it is "Bewitched". She did not do the animation and doesn't know how it appears this way. She has the original, prints, and tubes available for sale. Here are some links to her pages:
