Comment faire un far aux pruneaux ?

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         La recette du Far aux pruneaux est une spécialité Bretonne. Goûtez une partie du patrimoine culinaire de la Bretagne avec ce far breton revisité. Si vous aimez le clafoutis, vous adorerez ce dessert.

Temps de cuisson  : 45 minutes
Budget  : Bon marché
Niveau d’exécution  : Facile

  1.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Préchauffez le four à 170°C. (th.6).
  2.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Faites chauffer le lait dans un récipient au micro-ondes pendant environ 2 minutes.
  3. Dans un saladier, cassez les œufs, ajoutez le sucre et mélangez. Ajoutez la farine et le lait chaud et mélangez de nouveau. Versez ensuite le rhum et la vanille puis mélangez.
  4.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Beurrez un moule à gâteau. Disposez les pruneaux dénoyautés dans le fond du moule, puis versez la préparation par-dessus.
  5.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Enfournez pendant 45 minutes environ. Laissez tiédir le far et servez.

  • 80 g de farine
  • 100 g de sucre
  • ½ litre de lait
  • 3 c. à soupe de rhum brun
  • 1 c. à café d’extrait de vanille liquide
  • 500 g de pruneaux dénoyautés (ou pas, selon votre goût)
  • 20 g de beurre doux

Bonjour ma chère Yvonne,
Voilà une recette qui plaît à mon mari car il fait fréquemment des fars bretons et la recette est excellente pour savoir réussir son far - Tu as toujours de bonnes idées et quand il fera son prochain far, je viendrai regarder cette bonne recette - Aujourd'hui ma fille me rend visite avec mon petit NOLAN et cette venue me rend heureuse - Je suis si contente de les recevoir, que du bonheur +++++++++ J'espère que tu vas bien et je te souhaite une heureuse journée des plus agréables - Je t'embrasse bien, bien fort - MARITE -
